All employees of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, as well as, those associated directly or indirectly with any of its wholly owned subsidiaries follow a set of guidelines laid down in the KPC’s Code of Conduct.

The Code of Conduct is built around the five basic pillars of ethical values. These are Respect, Environment, Community, Ethics and Confidentiality.

The Code of Conduct provides a set of guidelines to all employees for conducting their business and professional activities, as well as, while dealing with colleagues, vendors, customers, contractors, government agencies and the public. This Code of Conduct serves as a reminder to all KPC employees that it is important for all of us to uphold the highest standards of integrity and personal conduct in all matters that involve KPC. Breaches of these values can result in disciplinary action in accordance with locally applicable policies and laws against transgressors, and in particular, against those who cover up or attempt to hide information against the interests of KPC.
