Yousef Marafi Attains Award of Distinction

In demonstration of KPC's quest to create an ideal work environment; one that rewards achievements and encourages creativity and excellence, KPC incepted a spot bonus system through which KPC sectors honor the distinguished achievements at the level of the work.

Recently, the Research, Development, Safety and Environment Sector honoured Mr. Yousef Marafi in recognition of:

• Organizing the Research and Development Department's Seminar on the modern technological developments in the oil and gas industry including setting the action plan of the meeting with some research authorities to collect researches about the subject, coordinating with the speakers of the seminar, preparing the seminar's program, preparing the opening speech and coordinating with the competent departments at KPC (Public Relations, Services and Information).

• Developing unified work principles and setting regulations to coordinate the process of managing the research projects amongst the corporation, subsidiaries and research authorities.

• Coordinating and following up amongst different parties in relation to establishing a research centre affiliated to KPC.
