Department inaugurates a comprehensive E-Library comprising all KPC publications.
It has been described as a step reflecting the important role designated to the media by Sheikh Talal Al Khaled Al Sabah – Managing Director of Government, Parliamentary and Public Relations – in contributing to the success and advancement of any corporation. It has also been attributed to a genuine obligation undertaken by KPC to open media channels among its subsidiaries, in line with a media strategy seeking to emphasize the upbeat side of the corporate world. The initiative referred to here is the launching of the official electronic library by the Media Relations Division. The E-library features the publications of KPC and its subsidiaries, in addition to containing a number of valuable documentaries produced by the oil sector, which are considered a primary reference in learning about a multitude of pertinent topics, facts, case studies and much more. This feat comes as part of a media policy adopted by the Media Relations Division, seeking to disseminate awareness for the oil sector and to underscore the focal role it plays in Kuwait’s economy.
