KPC Honors Long Service Employees

Under the patronage of the Chief Executive Officer of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, Mr. Saad Al-Shuwaib, KPC honors long service employees for 2008.
This gesture embodies the confidence that the TOP Management has in the human factor’s ability for institutional development; being the real wealth on which the State depends. It also embodies the TOP Management’s appreciation of their capabilities and the great efforts they contributed during the course of their service for the sake of the success, distinction and progress of KPC and its various sectors so that KPC can match international Oil companies.
KPC’s implementation of the system of paying tribute to its long-standing employees while still on service has been one of its most important means during the last period. This system created a healthy environment for employees, encouraged them to exert more effort and develop and provided the opportunity for creative capabilities and productivity, which would create the spirit of competition and contribute to career development and to raising the professional level.
The idea of holding the ceremony was met warmly by the honored employees who confirmed that the move is one of the most important positive incentives to diligence and to exerting more effort and excellence at work.
