KPC's blood donation campaign

Based on its keenness to bolster communication with the institutions of the civil society and support the substantial role espoused by Kuwait Blood Bank to meet patients' needs, the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation KPC represented by the International Marketing sector organized a blood donation campaign on Sunday Jan. 10, 2010 at the oil sector's complex.
On top of donators were HE Oil Minister, the Minister of Information and Chairman of KPC's board of directors Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah, KPC's CEO Mr. Saad Al-Shuwaib and a large number of personnel.
For his part, the Managing Director of the Governmental, Parliamentary, Public and Media Relations Sheikh Talal Al-Khalid stated that the remarkable participation of KPC personnel; on top of them HE Sheikh Al-Abdullah, Mr. Al-Shuwaib, Managing Directors and their deputies was not a surprise since it is an ordinary activity for the oil sector's personnel who are used to devoting and sacrificing for others. Those personnel exert tremendous efforts during hard times to enhance development and progress in Kuwait.
He added donation stresses the success of ideology KPC espouses since its establishment represented in shouldering and managing its social responsibilities to reinforce its effectual communication with the institutions of the civil society.
