Professional Experience:
- Total of 26 years.
- Oil sector, since 1984, starting in SHU and MAA refineries, then in
International Marketing sector in the fields of planning and studies.
- Governmental consultancy, since 2002, In the Royal Court in “His Highness The
Amir Office of Research and Consultative Studies”, as deputy head of the office
and currently as acting head of the office.

The office performs studies for his highness the Amir, in cooperation with more
than 2000 professors, in all fields and covers all ministries and governmental
institutions in the country.

- Board Membership Kuwait Petroleum Corporation
Courses:
- Attended courses in most reputable universities such as Harvard and
Oxford.
Additional Notes:
- Working and consulting with Prof. Robert Mabro, former
Director of Oxford Institute for Energy Studies, for more than two years with
regard to oil, prices and Kuwait economy.
- Two chapters in a book “Oligopoly and world trade : OPEC”, as published work.
