Electronic high security provides surveillance both at the gates
as well as through Management Control System Centre. Viewed from
the front or rear, the complex featuring two fans shaped high
rise towers one each for Ministry of Oil & the other for KPC
Headquarters. The Ministry of Oil building comprises of 15
floors, while the KPC building is composed of a taller 19
floors. The connecting oval shaped core ends at the top in a 110
meters high communication tower. A driveway via water steps and
green landscaping brings each visitor to the building’s arched
front entrance. Another impressive feature is the adjacent car
park that gives the appearance of multiple dhows sailing
together when viewed from a distance. It accommodates 684 cars &
comprises of a multi storey reinforced structure with a sail

A 360 degrees rotating glass
entrance opens to a curved passageway leading to the spectacular
full height glass semi circular lobby fitted with 7.5 x 4 meters
LED screen, one of the biggest in Kuwait. The ceiling design
matches the floor that visually extends to the sea beyond, by
the presence of a glass floored water pool. Approaching ships
make a dramatic turn at a certain point. A view worth watching.
On the same level is the Conference Room that accommodates 75
persons, as well as a surround sound Single Acrylic / Glass
Screen Auditorium with 146 people capacity. Each chair is
provided with VIOP and Video Conferencing facility. The
impressive reception leads to a passage way providing 6 lifts.

The first floor provides ideal
Exhibition space. Each floor has a reception shaped like the
front of a ship that provides a smoking area as well as a
