Reserves

• Compensate for the crude oil produced by adding proved reserves, by exploration and improvement of oil recovery from existing reserves, equal to average production of the previous three-years. This is to maintain a level of reserves that will meet the future requirements of crude oil. This direction should be reviewed every 5 years.
• Follow good and proper best practices in reservoir management to produce crude oil and gas in the most efficient and cost effective means.
