Hesham Ahmed Al-Refae currently serves as the Managing Director of Human Resources at Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC). Prior to his current position, in 2019 he was appointed as Deputy Managing Director of Training at KPC, and as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Administration & Finance at Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC).

Mr. Al-Refae holds a bachelor's degree in statistics from Kuwait University.
