Bader Ebrahim Al-Attar currently serves as the Managing Director of Planning & Finance at Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC). He previously served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) of Planning and Finance, and DCEO of Planning and Commercial at Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) in 2019.

Mr. Al-Attar holds a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
