Dr.Saad Hamad Nasser Al-Barrak
Dr. Saad Al-Barrak has held key positions in various sectors, having served as a member of the Supreme Council for Planning & Development and Vice Chairman of the National Fund (SME Development). He has also served as Chairman of AAN Digital Services and as a member of the Supreme Civil Aviation Council, showcasing his expertise in technology and aviation. Additionally, as an Advisory Board Member of the United Nations Development Program, he has made significant contributions to global development initiatives. In the telecommunications sector, he was the Managing Director & CEO of Zain - Saudi Arabia and the Chairman of Zain - Sudan. He has also played a role in social development as Vice Chairman of the Social Development Office at the Amiri Diwan (Palace). Currently, he holds prestigious roles as the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Oil, Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. Dr. Al-Barrak's extensive experience and leadership continue to make a significant impact across various sectors in Kuwait.
Dr. Al-Barrak holds a PhD in IS/IT Management from the University of London.
