Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC) is a new subsidiary of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) set up by State of Kuwait to manage refinery, petrochemicals and LNG import operations in the Al-Zour complex.
KIPIC's vision is to be a leader in integrated refining & petrochemicals operations and LNG supply that maximizes shareholder value, achieves operational excellence, unlocks the potential of our people and cares for the community.
KIPIC's mission is to manufacture refined petroleum and petrochemicals products and supply LNG in a reliable, efficient, safe and environmentally responsible manner to meet Kuwait's energy demand, maximize profit through integration, develop a professional and competent workforce and enable the development of the local economy.
KIPIC has been legally established as a company as per Kuwait State Laws and constituted KIPIC's board of directors. For managing the affairs of the company and to attain the above stated Company's vision & mission, the Company Board of Directors issued decree no. (4/2016) dated 16/11/2016 regarding the formation of the organizational and administrative structure of KIPIC.
